How
to Register
Registration at i.d.e.a. follows these stages:
1. Registration
- Complete the
registration form, in which you specify what courses and accommodation
options you require.
- In order to reserve a
place on your requested course, you must pay a deposit of 100 euros, by means
of bank transfer. This amount will go towards the
total cost of the course. Bank details:

- Please send us by fax a photocopy of your
receipt as proof of payment.
2. Confirmation
- As soon as we receive your
registration form and deposit payment, we will contact you by email. Then we will send you a letter to confirm everything.
This confirmation will include your course
reservation and the details of your accommodation, including the name, phone
number and address of your host family, if applicable. Once you have received
this confirmation, you can choose to pay the remaining balance (course and
accommodation minus the deposit) before you arrive, or pay during the first
three days of class.
3. Payment of Balance
- If you choose to pay
the balance before you arrive, we must receive your payment 15 days before
the first day of class.
- If you choose to pay
the balance after you arrive in Granada, payment must be made at the school
office, in cash.
* PLEASE NOTE THAT
INCIDENTAL COSTS SUCH AS BANK TRANSFER FEES, CREDIT CARD COMMISSION (APROX.
3%) AND POSTAL FEES CANNOT BE COVERED BY THE SCHOOL AND ARE THEREFORE THE
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STUDENT.
Special discounts
- If you choose to pay
the entire cost of your courses and accommodation before you arrive, i.d.e.a. offers the following discounts:
120 days in advance: 8% off the total course price
90 days in advance: 6% off the total course price
60 days in advance: 4% off the total course price
